Founded in Dublin in 2021, CARVED was created with a simple idea: Sandwiches by Chefs. Our team cooks in house, from scratch, using quality local produce, with a focus on generous food, fast service and a modern café experience that keeps customers coming back.
From Grand Canal Dock to Ballsbridge and Charlemont Square, CARVED has grown across some of Dublin’s busiest business and lifestyle locations, serving fresh sandwiches, great coffee, catering platters and quick lunches to office workers, locals and visitors.
Following the success of our existing locations, we are now preparing for the next stage of growth through franchise expansion across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for ambitious partners who understand hospitality, care about quality and want to be part of a brand with strong identity, proven customer demand and serious growth potential.
